Starting in our very first week, we'll do a deep dive into your current business, team & operations, so we know exactly what’s going on at a deep level.

From there, we'll create a prioritized, action-oriented roadmap for taking over the day-to-day management of your people, projects and priorities.

Finally, we’ll help you hire the perfect-fit to become a permanent Operational Leader for your team, taking over the day-to-day running of your business.

We’ll train them on your business (including the systems and processes we’ve created along the way), walking them through everything they need to succeed...

... while also supporting you as step into your Visionary shoes, freeing yourself from old ways of being, and in doing so, building a sustainable, scalable legacy.

Our clients are fast-growing entrepreneurs in the online marketing space, providing a mix of online courses, memberships, group programs, and/or done-for-you services.

They come to us with an established offer that they already know how to sell & market; that gets great results; and that they’re ready to scale up.

Together, we help them break through their profit plateau, increase capacity so they can serve more clients with even better results, and build a team that will truly free them from the day-to-day.

Most importantly, though, our clients aren’t interested in building “traditional” businesses that work according to systems of patriarchy, racism, sexism, ableism, etc.

So if you agree that Black Lives Matter, love is love, women’s rights are human rights, ability takes many forms, equity (not just diversity and inclusion) is mandatory, and that running a vision & values-led business is the only type of business you want to run … then you’ll fit right in.

Logistics & Fee Schedule

As of 2023, the current average US salary for a full-time COO is more than $200,000 per year. Not to mention the bonuses, equity, etc. that can easily push it up from there.

Our fee is a fraction of that investment.

Plus, most COOs haven’t ever had to step in and be the COO for a business that’s never really had one before. And even if they have, they’ve probably only done it once—which means there will still be a lot of trial and error for them along the way.

Our work is different. Our team has extensive experience as the Operational Leaders for companies that:

  • Get great client results, whether you deliver through services, coaching, training, etc.
  • Have a core team of 5-15 people involved in the day-to-day of the business,
  • Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion and justice, and
  • Are cashflow positive and generating up to $5M in total annual revenue

That means we’re able to provide a high-touch, boutique experience for a fraction of the cost—and with a much higher success rate. The current investment to work with us is:

  • $6000 USD per month for the first 3 months, which is when we’re most hands on with your team, cleaning up your existing processes and projects, and getting your systems running like a well-oiled machine
  • $4500 USD per month for the following 6 months, which is when we’re hiring & transitioning the responsibilities for managing the team + business to your new COO

At the end of the 9 months, if we’re all still loving it, there are additional opportunities for ongoing executive coaching, mentorship and leadership development. Fees for this continuation offer vary.
