3 Steps To Installing The Visionary CEO Framework

There IS a 100% reliable process for getting yourself out of the weeds, optimizing your operations, empowering your team, and becoming the Visionary CEO of your business.

As a reminder, here’s what this process doesn’t involve:

  • Building out a new funnel

  • Finding a closer who can sell through DMs.

  • Joining yet-another high-end mastermind.

  • Hiring an OBM / PM / Integrator.

  • Launching a new offer.

  • Doing partnerships and JVs.

  • Bringing on a bunch of coaches or subcontractors.

  • Documenting processes & writing SOPs.

To be clear, your business may end up needing some of those things as you scale.

But unless you put in place the right structures first, none of them will get you out of the day-to-day and into the Visionary CEO chair.

Because unless you remove yourself first, they’ll all still be based on you.

Important Note: Even hiring, which is supposed to be the be-all-end-all of scaling, requires you to spend a lot of time, money and energy to find the right person, hire them, onboard them, manage them, and so on.

There’s a reason that most HR pros say that you need to allow for at least 3 months to onboard a new team member. And that’s assuming you find the right person in the first place.

Personally, we’d much rather you spend your time getting your business’ structures solid so your hires make sense.

    It all comes down to culture: who (and how) you hire, the way you communicate, the decision-making process ... if you want to stop playing air traffic controller all the time, you need to do this step.
