NOTE: On April 1, the price increases to $225/week—but if you join now, you lock in today’s rate for as long as you stay.

Since our goal together is a MINIMUM of 5 hours of Visionary Time a week, we’ll find the fastest way to get some white space on your calendar… as well as give you a few tactical ideas to hit that right away.
Then, we’ll determine what area(s) of your Operating System to upgrade next – and build an action plan to do it – so we can make sure you stay freed up.

The Weekly Momentum System is the most flexible, easy-to-follow method for managing your team, tasks and priorities that I’ve ever found.
Every Monday morning, we’ll get together to:
- Review KPIs and project statuses,
- Proactively identify what needs attention,
- Take advantage of opportunities,
- Brainstorm ideas for overcoming obstacles,
- Identify your top priorities each week, and
- Schedule time on your calendar to get things done

Twice per week, you’ll be able to hop onto a 1:1 call with me and Team VCA to accelerate your results by answering questions, give feedback, and providing advice – whether strategic, tactical, or mindset.
Currently, these calls happen Tuesdays (9:30-11:30am PT) and Thursdays (1:30 – 3:30pm). We’ll also be adding more sessions as we grow, to make sure everyone gets the support they need each week.

The Academy is a community, not a hostage situation.
We prefer to put the risk on us overdelivering vs you having to pay $10K upfront only to realize you’ve been burned.
So you are welcome to leave at any time. That said, if you choose to leave, you can’t rejoin for a year.
There are no quick fixes for businesses at your stage. Results take time, and we’ll also be asking you to do things differently than you have before.
It’s not going to be easy, and so if we’re going to do this, we need you to commit to putting in the work.
That said, if you’re reading this, you’ve already learned a ton about our approach. You probably already have a sense of whether or not it can help you.
You also know the challenges you’re facing as a growing business better than anyone else out there.
So if you’ve already got a business coach, a mastermind, or some other way of solving these problems… then that’s great!
But for me, I know that if I’d tried to figure this stuff out the same old way, it would have taken me a lot longer to find a new solution that worked for me.
I needed to find someone who knew a better way, and who could help me find mine.
